Elf Petroleum Nigeria Limited Housing Estate Client: Elf Petroleum Nigeria Limited Name of Project: Staff Housing and Club Facility Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria Project Description: The design, construction and infrastructure development of a housing estate, including school facilities and general recreational facilities for staff. The green field site project land area of 82,000 square metres involved the design and construction of a residential complex, including school and sporting facilities for Elf Petroleum staff. The Project entailed the following: Design and Construction of a Guest House area of 48 guest rooms and eight V.I.P. rooms including catering facilities and laundry facilities. Design and Construction of a Club House and Sporting facilities incorporating a bar, restaurants, medical clinic, theatre, swimming pool and changing rooms, two squash courts, three tennis courts and one soccer field as well as a fully equipped gymnasium. Design and construction of residential housing development involving 72 apartments built within 32 separate buildings. Design and construction of a school building for 150 pupils as well as a residential unit for boys consisting of 112 rooms.
